Our three traditional wine clubs are designed to fit your lifestyle. Each varies in the number of bottles and shipments, selection of wines, shipping benefits, and other perks.

The Classic Club
The original R. Stuart & Co. Wine Club continues to be our most popular. If you love R. Stuart & Co.’s style, think variety is the spice of life, and want to enjoy the full range of our wines, this is the club for you. Your shipments will include red, white, rose, sparkling, and fortified wines from all of our labels. This club ensures you have a bottle on hand to enjoy any day of the week.
Classic Club Details
- 4 bottles per shipment
- March, May, September
- 15% off all bottle and by-the-glass purchases, year round
- Unique recipes to pair with each wine in your shipment
- Reduced and/or complimentary admission to select winery events
- Access to Wine Club exclusive events
- A private winery experience tasting for a party of six (one per year)
- Complimentary wine flights for four at the Wine Bar (four per month)
- $120 – $160 per shipment
- Wine substitutions must equate to a $120 minimum
The Red Wine Club
Are you mostly a red wine drinker? Do you love coming to R. Stuart & Co. events? Meet the Red Wine Club. You will receive 6 bottles of red wine in each of your club shipments – usually Pinot noir, but not always. Perhaps you occasionally want some white wines? The good news is that you can add them to your club order to fill a case, and we’ll send it to you via ground shipping for free.

- Complimentary year round ground shipping on one case
- Unique recipes to pair with each wine in your shipment
- Reduced and/or complimentary admission to select winery events

- $220 – $260 per shipment
- Wine substitutions must equate to a $220 minimum
The Reserve Club
Small production, cellar-worthy, rare – does this describe the wines you’re most likely to seek out? Our exclusive Reserve Club is for you. We send you 6 bottles of our most precious wines in each shipment. This way you can cellar them now and enjoy them as they evolve. You can serve them at a dinner party or gift them to a wine-loving friend. Plus, you’ll still have a bottle or two for your own cellar.

Q: Can I switch to another Club?
A: Club Members may switch to another club if changes have been made prior to processing. We will adjust requests made outside of the processing deadline for the subsequent or upcoming collection. Please email casee@rstuartandco.com to request a change in membership.
Q: What if I need to take a break?
A: If you need to adjust your shipments, please email our Wine Club Manager. Please note that we cannot cancel or refund processed orders for club shipments (see terms and conditions).
Q: How do I cancel my membership?
A: All membership cancellation requests can be processed online through the member’s dashboard or can be sent to casee@rstuartandco.com in advance of processing. Classic, Red, & Reserve Club members understand their commitment is to purchase at least two consecutive shipments or otherwise incur a $100 early termination fee (see terms and conditions).
Q: How do I update my membership information and payment preferences?
A: To update your account, please log in to the member portal. The email associated with your membership is your login. If you cannot remember your password, please use the reset function. If you still need assistance, contact casee@rstuartandco.com or 503-472-6990.
Q: How do I purchase wine online or purchase tickets for events?
A: Simply log in when placing an order, and all club membership discounts will automatically apply.
Terms & Conditions
Please take a moment to ensure you are up to date on your membership guidelines. We may change these terms and conditions at any time without notice at our sole discretion. As a member of the R. Stuart & Co. Wine Club, you are responsible for reviewing and complying with these guidelines.
- I certify that I am 21 years of age or older.
- I understand that member benefits begin at the time of sign up.
- I understand it is my responsibility to notify R. Stuart & Co. Winery of any account updates.
- I understand if I select “Pick Up” and do not pick up my collection within 45 days after it is released, the collection will then need to be arranged for pick up with our Club Manager prior to visiting.
- I authorize R. Stuart & Co. Winery to charge my card on file in accordance with the Club tier I have selected, including state taxes and/or shipping charges that may apply.
- I understand that if enrolled in the Classic, Red, or Reserve Wine Clubs, my commitment is to purchase at least two consecutive shipments or otherwise incur a $100 early termination fee.
- I understand there is no fee to switch clubs if changes have been made prior to processing. Requests made outside of the processing deadline will be adjusted for the subsequent or upcoming collection.
- All membership cancellation requests must be handled through the customer dashboard or sent to casee@rstuartandco.com in advance of processing.
- All orders for club shipments that have been processed are not able to be canceled or refunded.
You can help manage safe delivery of all your packages through the UPS My Choice program, which is free! To enhance your experience, you can establish text and email delivery alerts with approximate delivery times. Additionally, you can manage changes to delivery address, hold for delivery on another day, and enjoy other benefits to ensure your packages arrive safely. A reminder, alcohol must be signed for by someone 21 or over and cannot go to a UPS Access Point, be left on a porch, etc.
